- Step 1- Registration of Business Name

Prepare Details of Partners, managers, Capital Amount and Activities. - Professional: Issued a license to service providers, professional and craftsmen, artisans professional license.

- Step 3- Signing Of Partners Agreement
As per the new rules expat/s can open a commercial license without a Emarati person, The professional license can operate singly for UAE and GCC Citizens, the exparts should be add one UAE citizen as (Local Service Agent) in sole and civil establishment for the license benefit. - Step 4- Get License Printed
The final step is submit these all documents including Ejari Contract, and all share holders passport, visit/ residence page, emirates id copies in Department of Economic Development to issue payment voucher of the License. The payment voucher paided the license will issued.
