ISSUANCE OF NEW ESTABLISHMENT CARD
DESCRIPTION
The establishment details must be registered with the MOHRE, ensure the first step that add establishment’s owner details, add authorized signatories, specimens of their signatures, business activities, location and contact details email and mobile No.
Required Documents
- Clear copies of Emirates ID both side, Residence page (if), and Passport For Expatriates.
- Clear copy of valid trade license indicating the activity, address, P.O. Box, telephone number, and fax number for public sectors.
- For fishing boats: copy of boat license issued by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
- For “Abra” activity: its necessary to provide the license issued by the (RTA) Roads and Transport Authority.
- For Public Utility companies: license copy issued from the Community Development Authority
- Clear copy of Memorandum Of Association issued by the (DED) Economic Department when issuing the trade license.
- Clear copy of the establishment card issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, (gdrfa/icp) for public sectors
- For Customs and Ports Security: indicating the names of the owners and authorized signatories.
Terms And Conditions
- Valid trade license copy.
- For owners, partners, service agents, and authorized signatories, required personal file number which’s issued from ministry.
- A license partner or a service agent shall be at least 21 years of age. Guardians or trustees may sign on behalf of minors until they reach the legal age, and minors may sign if they obtain a court approval.
- GCC Citizens are considered as UAE nationals.

Updating the Establishment
Description
The Mohre Authority is offers this service to establishments wishing to amend or change their details.
Required Documents
- Clear Trade license copy all pages
- Clear Establishment card copy issued by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security.
- Ejari/ lease contract, updated information with rent amount. Instent establishment are excluded from this requirements.
- Clear emirats ID copy both sides For citizens and exparts.
- Clear passport, residence copies of expart partners.
- Memorandum of Association Copy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Trade license should be valid
- The Economic Department must register the required amendments, and amendment of the establishment card in the Federal Authority for Identity, Nationality, Customs and Ports Security.
- The licensee or a service agent shall be at least 21 years of age. Guardians or trustees may sign on behalf of minors until they reach legal age, and minors may sign if they obtain a court approval.

Issuance of Electronic Signature Card
DESCRIPTION
This Procedures related to creating and updating the establishment file enabling the customer to obtain an electronic signature card for the purpose of authorizing transactions and contracts.

Issuance of a Public Relations Officer Card (PRO)
DESCRIPTION
The PRO card is a Subsidiary Procedures (optional) related to the service of opening and updating the establishment file, which allows the customer to submit the Ministry's transactions on behalf of the establishment at which he is registered.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

- Passport, Visa Copies (If)
- Person Photo (White Background)
- Police Clearance Certificate
- A Letter From Current Sponsor

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Applicants must maintain an official file with the Ministry (a valid work permit is required)
- A UAE National PRO may obtain a PRO card for three different owners, provided that the first owner employs 100 or more workers and the second and third owners employ fewer than 100 workers each.
- Only one PRO card may be obtained by an expatriate PRO provided that the owner employs less than 100 workers.
- The applicant must be the owner and the authorized signatory of the establishment

Work Permit Quotas For Establishments
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A valid trade license
- Establishments must maintain a private status, without any restrictions
- Submission of a valid Taq'eem report
- The profession must be compatible with the establishment's business activities

- Business centers charge a maximum commission of Dhs.72
- Ta’qeem fees : 406 dirhams

DESCRIPTION
A Subsidiary Procedures associated to the services of opening and updating of the establishment file, which allows the customer to obtain electronic quotas. And it is a proactive service.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- A proactive service quota is awarded without submitting an application or any documentation to the Ministry.
- It is required to provide evidence of work volume, trade license, a list of vehicles according to the establishment's activities, as well as a Taq'eem report in case of electronic quotas.
